Off-campus access is ONLY for current faculty, staff, matriculated students, and Emeritae faculty. General visitors and Rice designated "Academic Visitors" attempting to access Fondren's subscription-based resources, while off-campus, will not be able to proceed past the Rice EZproxy login page. Contractual obligations prevent exceptions to this policy.
The majority of electronic resources can be accessed from Rice networks with no login. Visitors are free to conduct research from the Rice Visitor wireless network or at the Fondren Library public workstations, located near Reference.
