There are two library databases that are great at helping you do this:

Each of these indexes works a little bit differently, and each includes a different set of journals that they index (there is overlap between them, but there is unique content in both - so to do a complete citation search, you really need to check both).

In Web of Science, change Basic Search to Cited Reference Search and follow the database help guidelines.

In Scopus, view the tutorial page for working with author information.

Google Scholar, a free resource, is also very helpful in looking for citations, especially if an author has created a Google Scholar Citations profile.
