Harris County election results are available from the official Harris County, TX home page. Look for the Voter Information link on the home page. Click on this link and on the resulting page select 'Voter Precinct Data' from the drop-down menu under 'Voter Registration'.
Also, Harris Votes includes an election archives link back to 1996 displaying Harric County voting results by party (Democrat or Republican).
