PubMed is a free indexing service from the National Library of Medicine and doesn't actually include the full text of journal articles.  It does 'point' you at the article, usually from the publisher's website.

Fondren Library has subscriptions to many of the journals you will find in PubMed. To make sure you see Fondren's subscriptions, do the following:

  1. Start your search from the library's website
  2. Click on the Databases tab and find PubMed using the search box or the A-Z list
  3. Complete your search in PubMed
  4. Click on the Rice icon  to see if the library has a subscription

If the library doesn't have access to the article you need, you can obtain it through InterLibrary Loan

You may be able to access full text using the publisher's icons; however, this will only work if you are on campus.
