There are two Owlnet scanners [Rice only] and seven public scanners on the first floor of the Fondren library, near the reference area.  Additionally, there are three scanners (including one public) in the Brown Fine Arts Library (third floor).

There is no charge for scanning documents. The public scanners allow documents to be saved directly to email or USB drives. Formats for saving scanned documents include TIFF, JPG, MS Word, and PDF
