An exact number is difficult to provide, as this depends on when the university updates your status in the iO system. As soon as you are identified as an alum, your Rice NetID login will no longer allow you remote access to our online resources. This may be within a few days of graduation.
The library's licenses, or contracts, with information providers only permit us to provide remote access to current Rice faculty, students and staff.
Fondren Library has negotiated, and paid for, separate contracts for a selection of online resources that are available to you via the Rice Alumni website. Details are available on Fondren's website.
