Yes, the Kelley Center for Government Information, Data and Geospatial Services in the basement of the library serves as a tax outlet for income tax forms. However, Congress no longer funds the printing of many forms including long instruction sheets. Tax forms are available online for downloading from the IRS at  http://www.irs.gov/ .
